Do you do warranty repairs?
A: We can complete warranty repairs on authorized Blue Bird buses.
How quickly can you get to my bus if it breaks down on the road?
A: Usually within the hour we can have someone dispatched to the location of a broken down bus. We can also arrange transportation for your group so the impact to their trip is minimized no matter what the repair entails.
Will I receive an estimate before any repair work is done?
A: Every requested repair order will receive either a verbal or written estimate. The verbal estimates are reserved for initial road side and after hours request. Your driver, in communication with you, will be required to sign that we are authorized to inspect and repair your vehicle.
Estimates are free, diagnostics are not.
What's the difference between an estimate and diagnostics?
A: An estimate is the anticitpated cost of a repair. Diagnostics is process of finding what is causing the complaint, and what it takes to repair. For straight renew or R&R jobs, we use Mitchell's medium and heavy duty labor guide. We will have to diagnose a check engine light or similar problem, which by its nature can't be accurately estimated in a book.
